Purchasing, Licencing and Delivery

How is GeoTabCAM delivered?

GeoTabCAM is delivered as downloadable file. When you place an order you will receive a link to download GeoTabCAM as well as an activation key for each licence purchased.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes, contact us for a trial of GeoTabCAM.

When you’re ready, purchase GeoTabCAM and an activation key will be sent so that you can activate the full version.

Do you offer licencing options?

Yes, if you’re purchasing 5 or more licences, please contact us for volume pricing.

Can we resell GeoTabCAM with our Tablet or Software?

Absolutely! Please contact us for reseller, OEM and software partner pricing.

Can we pay with something other than PayPal?

Yes, you can. For orders within Australia customers can contact us directly to pay by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Credit Card. For international we only accept PayPal or EFT, however you can use your credit card to pay with PayPal and instant delivery.

What is your refund policy?

If you’re not happy that GeoTabCAM meets your needs, please contact us within 90 days for a refund.

What is annual maintenance?

Annual maintenance gives you access to our premium phone support and allows you to access the latest version of GeoTabCAM at any time during the annual maintenance period.

What cameras does GeoTabCAM support?

GeoTabCAM supports any camera that has a live webcam function in Windows. A good way to test this is try the camera in a video enable program like Skype. If it works in Skype, then it probably works in GeoTabCAM . But you can always download the trial and see for yourself!

What resolution does GeoTabCAM support?

Currently GeoTabCAM supports cameras at up to 3 megapixels or 2048 x 1536.

What Tablets does GeoTabCAM support?

GeoTabCAM operates on any Tablet that runs any version or Windows 7 or Windows 8 (except Windows RT).

Can I move GeoTabCAM from one computer to another?

Yes, simply uninstall GeoTabCAM from the current computer and install and activate it on the new one. If you need assistance with this process, contact support.
